I received the wrong size cuffs

Our cuff sizing can be a little confusing at first. Here's how our labels work.

SAGA cuffs are labelled by limb type, not body size:

• S — Arm cuffs (regular)

• M — Arm cuffs (large)

• L — Leg cuffs (regular)

• XL — Leg cuffs (large)

SAGA cuffs are also ambidextrous: there's no left or right cuff, so they can be worn on either limb.

Check your original order against the above. If you ordered arm cuffs, you should have received S or M. If you ordered leg cuffs, you should have received L or XL.

If after checking the above your order still doesn't match what you purchased, contact us at support@saga.fitness with your order number and a photo of the cuffs plus packaging you received.

We'll investigate and arrange a replacement at no cost to you if an error was made on our end.
