For assistance with this, reach out to [support@saga.fitness](mailto:support@saga.fitness) as soon as possible after placing an order. As BFR cuffs are a wearable exercise product, we're unable to offer returns regardless of whether the product has been opened. Exchanges are possible if you've ordered the wrong size or limb type, requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by contacting [support@saga.fitness](mailto:support@saga.fitness). Note that exchanges may incur an additional shipping and processing fee.
