Missing or damaged charging cable

While we do not supply replacement USB-C cables under warranty, reimbursement for a replacement cable is provided. This also applies if your order arrived without a charging cable, or with a charging cable that was damaged.

We've found that shipping single cables often comes with high import and / or shipping costs, and potential delays depending on the region.

Instead, the best course of action is for you to purchase a suitable cable from a local retailer or online. Look for a dual USB-C cable similar to the following: Dual USB C Multi Charging Cable.

Once you have purchased a replacement, we can refund $10 to your order. Simply send an email to support@saga.fitness including your order information and we'll action a refund request.
