Use this information to confirm your ideal cuff size, and ensure the right position/fit before use.

Sizing notes:
- Your measurement must fall within the size range in the guide. If it falls outside the range, the cuffs may not fit correctly.
- As a general guide, Regular size fits most individuals up to 230 lbs / 104 kg.
How to measure:

Arms: Wrap a tape measure around the largest portion of your arm (usually bicep) with a fully flexed arm.

Legs: Wrap a tape measure around the largest portion of your thigh (relaxed) while standing.
