To adjust the pressure, or increase/decrease the arterial occlusion pressure (AOP) on your cuffs:


1. Once you inflate your cuffs to begin exercising, the work out screen will show a (+) or (-).


2. To increase the pressure in your cuffs, which will make the exercise harder, select the plus (+) symbol


3. To decrease the pressure in your cuffs, which will make the exercise easier, select the minus (-) symbol.
