Returning your order

Due to the nature of SAGA products as wearable exercise devices, we are unable to offer returns.

Exchanges are possible in the case that you've ordered or received a product with the wrong size or other parameters. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase by contacting support@saga.fitness. 

Note that exchanges may incur an additional shipping and processing fee.

If you've been sent an incorrect product from our warehouse, reach out to support@saga.fitness with your order number and we'll organize an exchange free of charge.
