Route package protection

If you added Route protection to your order, it provides coverage in cases such as:
  • Excessive shipping delays
  • Orders marked as 'Delivered' but not received
  • Packages lost during transit

Upon encountering an issue with your shipment, notify Route via the Route app or using the Route link in your order confirmation email for the quickest resolution. Otherwise, reach out directly to our support line at support@saga.fitness.
