Issues with pressure cycles
AirBands are not inflating after tapping start
- Check that your AirBands are connected via Bluetooth before starting. If the connection has dropped, close and reopen the app and reconnect.
- Ensure the AirBands are fitted correctly and the strap feeds smoothly through the buckle with no folds, creases or pinching that may affect pressure distribution.
- Ensure the AirBands are charged.
- If the above steps do not work, perform a hard reset.
Timer is not starting
- The timer will not begin until the AirBands reach your set pressure.
- Ensure you remain still while the cuffs are inflating.
- If that doesn't work, turn off your AirBands and swipe out of the app, then try again.
- If the above steps do not work, perform a hard reset.
AirBands are not deflating at the end of the duration
- Check your Bluetooth connection. If the connection drops out mid-session, the AirBands may not respond to the deflation command.
- Ensure your phone stays within range during the session and that no other devices are interfering with the connection.
- If the AirBands remain inflated, manually deflate by removing the cuff.
- Restart the AirBands and reconnect before trying again,
- If the above steps do not work, perform a hard reset.
AirBands deflated but did not re-inflate for the next cycle
- This is usually a Bluetooth connectivity issue. Ensure your phone stays within range during the session and that no other devices are interfering with the connection
- If the above steps do not work, perform a hard reset.
Session ended early or skipped cycles
- Check that your Repeat Count was set correctly before confirming the protocol.
- A dropped Bluetooth connection mid-session can cause the cycle to end. Stay within range of your device.
App crashed or closed mid-session
- The AirBands will continue the current inflation or deflation phase but may not complete further cycles without the app.
- Reopen the app and reconnect to your AirBands.
- Manually deflate if needed before starting a new session
General Troubleshooting Tips:
If after following the above guidance you're still having trouble connecting or calibrating the cuffs:
- Hold the power button until the cuffs turn off completely.
- Remove the SAGA app from your device and reinstall it.
- Toggle your device's Bluetooth setting off and on again.
- Open the SAGA app, reconnect to the cuffs and initiate a calibration.
- Perform a hard reset of your device.
