Charging and battery info
The BFR cuffs contain a lithium-ion polymer battery, and are provided with a dual USB-C charging cable.
We always recommend fully charging your cuffs prior to using them for the first time.
Charging your cuffs
Plug one end of the USB-C cable into the cuff module and the other end into a wall adapter or computer connected to power.
Once plugged in, the LED light on your module will display the current battery status and level.
- Flashing red = Charge level under 20%
- Flashing yellow = Charge level between 20% and 80%
- Flashing green = Charge level over 80%
- Static green = Charge level is 100% (fully charged)
Checking battery level
From a full charge, your BFR cuffs will last between 3 to 6 hours of continuous use. This will depend on how often you're inflating and deflating them in the session.
The battery display can be found in your SAGA app, as a bar filled next to the connectivity section.
