Cancelling or changing your order
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it or amend the delivery address, and you'll need to contact the shipping provider directly. For assistance with this, reach out to support@saga.fitness as soon as possible after placing an order.
As BFR cuffs are a wearable exercise product, we're unable to offer returns regardless of whether the product has been opened. Exchanges are possible if you've ordered the wrong size or limb type, requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@saga.fitness. Note that exchanges may incur an additional shipping and processing fee.
If you've been sent an incorrect product, reach out to support@saga.fitness with your order number and we'll organise an exchange free of charge.
