We have a very small window of time after an order is placed to make any changes, however, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. Once this time has passed (approximately 12hrs) it will automatically be fulfilled by our third-party warehouses.
In the event that your order has already shipped, you may still still return the cuffs for a refund (less a shipping and processing fee) by reaching out to support@saga.fitness.
